As we aspire to grow our Conservative efforts, The West Los Angeles Republican Assembly (WLARA) is proud to host 2 of LA's up and coming organizations leading us into the future: the YJC (Young Jewish Conservatives), and TPUSA (Turning Point USA) founded by Charlie Kirk.

Our special Guest Speaker will be Elizabeth Barcohana. Elizabeth was recently appointed to serve as Chair of the Subcommittee for Jewish Community Engagement for the California Republican Party. Elizabeth is a graduate of UCLA and USC Law, an attorney, proud mother of 4, and married to renowned spine surgeon, Dr. Babak Barcohana. Because of their children, Elizabeth entered the grassroots political arena in 2020 to oppose California Governor Newsom's school shutdown and in the process activated thousands of parents across the country to become politically engaged.

Elizabeth has since created a large social media following and has also appeared on FOX News, Newsmax & OAN. Her dynamic approach and insightful commentary have made her a pivotal figure, demonstrating how one voice can catalyze significant change and mobilize voters inside and outside of the Jewish community.

Dakotah Rae is a Santa Monica native who, before joining Turning Point USA, rose from obscurity to create a successful 20-year career in the music industry. While in an often-hostile environment, Dakotah remained true to her conservative values. Known for her outspoken nature and unwavering convictions, Dakotah has built a life defined by resilience, determination and discipline.

Today, she channels her experiences into advocacy, strengthening families, supporting thriving communities, and challenging the radical left’s influence. She is driven by a mission to make Los Angeles a city worth fighting for—where opportunity, freedom, and responsibility can flourish for all.

About the YJC: Young Jewish Conservatives is a national grassroots coalition that unites politically active young Jewish Americans. Their mission is to empower them by providing tools to defend their values and advocate for conservative causes.
